Hope Story
In response to the lack of community services catered to Vietnamese immigrants in Orange County, Hope Community Services (HCS) was founded in 1995 to help Vietnamese overcome hardships relating to migration and adaptation.
Hope Community Services is a non-profit organization focused on offering services to fellow Vietnamese-Americans. Our goal is to strengthen our people and build a stronger community.
Hope Community Services has evolved over the decades to better support the growing number of Vietnamese migrating to Orange County. We continue to assist first-generation Vietnamese immigrants, who speak little to no English and face integrating challenges. We strive to preserve the Vietnamese heritage and culture for the younger generations. We provide all generations with the guidance and support needed to succeed.
